Years ago, there was a vigorous debate about whether open source software (also known as Free Software or software libre) could ever compete with proprietary software. The debate is largely over, with millions of end-users having switched to open source software, and major companies and corporations depending their business operations on it. Even usability, the traditional handicap of open source, is a problem that is gradually being solved. Migrating to open source is not difficult; much open source software is available on Windows, so you won't have to switch to GNU/Linux right away if you don't want to. If you want to save money and free yourself from vendor lock-in, then start making the switch yourself.

Most people associtate George Lucas with Star Wars but for me, he is always associted with my favorite surround sound system, THX. Currently in the state where I live there is not a movie theater that has the THX sound system.

Soundtracks are commonly referred to as music used in a movie or television show. In the movie industry, it is an audio recording created or used in film or movie productions. It may also refer to the music used in video games and this is called video game soundtracks. There is also book sound track. One book soundtrack is for J.R.R Tolkien's The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings Trilogy and was composed by Craig Russell. For short, soundtracks refer to all audio components whether in television, movies, video games and books.
